To avail of the opportunities offered by advanced therapeutics, collaboration and coordination will be required between all stakeholders, nationally and globally. The HRB has committed to exploring opportunities for investments in genomic research and personalised medicine, and in biobanking. This builds on national HRB investments such as support for trials and associated infrastructures and a research agenda including clinical, population health and health services research.
