About

My research group focuses on analytical characterisation of biopharmaceuticals and advanced therapeutic medicinal products. Using our core competency of liquid phase separations and high resolution mass spectrometry, we develop impactful solutions to address characterisation challenges related to both product and process. Examples of recent outputs include native MS assessment of AAV capsid fill state, LC-MS characterisation of AAV viral proteins and post-translational modifications and proteomic investigation of AAV producing cells to maximise productivity.
