Ireland’s capacity to create, finance and scale indigenous biotechnology companies will be the focus of the third DUBLIN BIO event, taking place in Dublin on 21 October 2026 from 18:00 to 20:30.
Titled “Building Stronger Biotech Ecosystems: A Discussion with Investors & Entrepreneurs,” the event will bring together experienced investors and industry leaders from Europe and the United States to consider what Ireland can learn from other successful biotech ecosystems.
The panel will explore the conditions that enable emerging biotechnology companies to move from promising science to sustainable businesses – including access to capital, entrepreneurial experience, international networks and the ability to scale beyond the early stages of development.
