ACTIP – The Advanced Cell Technology Industrial Platform – is an independent, non-profit association of European companies and institutions dedicated to advancing cell technology for research, development, and biotherapeutic production. Its mission is to connect cell technology experts, keep members informed of the latest innovations, and address the technological and practical challenges associated with industrial applications of cell technology.

Twice a year, ACTIP members gather at a plenary scientific meeting where they share high-level presentations on topics of common interest. These informal meetings feature invited speakers from industry, academia, small and medium-sized enterprises, member companies, and regulatory agencies.

Through its prestigious Fellowship Award, ACTIP provides talented early-career scientists with the opportunity to participate in its industrial scientific meetings. The award is open to researchers working on projects in biomanufacturing or related fields, such as bioprocessing, expression systems, cell line development, gene and cell therapies, bioassays, and bioinformatics. Award recipients have the chance to present their research to the ACTIP community, engage with industry experts, and expand their professional networks on a European scale – a valuable stepping stone for career growth and collaborative endeavors.

Eligible candidates for this Fellowship Award must be under the age of 36, hold an academic degree in a field relevant to biomanufacturing, and reside in Europe.

To apply, candidates must complete the application form attached in the link below or scan the QR code for quick access. Applications will be accepted from 30 January to 31 March 2025.
